Information we collect
When you simply visit this website, we do not ask you for any personal information. The website does not use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
Our hosting provider automatically keeps short-term technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the visit. These logs are used only to keep the website running and secure.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or through a form on this website, we receive the details you choose to give, usually your name, phone number, the department or doctor you want to see, a preferred date and a short message.
Please do not send detailed medical history, reports, photos of injuries or identity documents through the website or social media. Bring them with you to your appointment instead.

Messages and appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and arrange your visit, and are then deleted. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider. Information that becomes part of your medical record is kept as described below.
Your medical records
Medical records created when you are treated at the hospital are confidential. They are kept by the hospital, used for your care, and shared only with the people involved in your treatment, with your consent, or where the law requires it. These records are not stored on this website.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, including a secure (https) connection to this website. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive medical details online.
Children
This website is meant for adults. If you are contacting us about a child, please do so as the child's parent or guardian.
